The Westminster Art Festival 2020 ... a celebration of art, earth care, and faith.

2020 Poetry Juror: Gail Griffin
The 8th annual
Westminster Art Festival
"Sacred Places, Wild Spaces"
has been re-scheduled for August 1 - September 30, 2020!
Due to the ongoing concerns around Covid-19, we have made some changes to the Art Festival. We want to make sure that we provide a safe space for artists and poets, as well as a safe space for the public to interact with this Festival. We will not be holding any in person events open to the public. Instead, we have extended the length of the exhibit to include all of August and September. Open times tba.
We plan to hold an Awards Ceremony in some format, most likely through a livestream.
We know that poets and artists have been pondering the theme and creating good work... and we are looking forward to recognizing and sharing that work!
We feel the theme is important and maybe more timely than ever.
We hope that art and poetry have been sustaining you through these days.

The Westminster Art Festival is a program of Westminster Presbyterian Church.
We are grateful for grants from the Beim Foundation and the Presbytery of Lake Michigan,
which have made the establishment of the Westminster Art Festival possible.
